The review below the line was written about 6 weeks ago when Ampere and Angel did a complete replacement and safety upgrade on our breaker box. This new update is for the second job that was completed yesterday. We contracted with Ampere to have a few light fixtures relocated in our house and to have several new fixtures that we purchased for a house out of state but decided to install them here in Las Vegas. Due to the size of the job two technicians were sent. Angel came back along with his partner Javier. Talk about polite, professional, dedicated people. Homeowners/Property Owners you want people you hire to treat your house as if it was their own. That is EXACTLY what Angel and Javier did. Attention to safety, cleanliness, and respect for your biggest investment. Shoe protection, floor protection, even looking out for your pets while they are entering and leaving your homes interior. As usual the work was done flawlessly. Exactly what we needed with some complicated installs. The crew was here for nearly 9 hours but never stopped working, overcoming all challenges on the way to making my wife very happy. That is all that matters after all, she comes first. Ampere you have a great thing going with your team. We have a third project in the works. I am certain that no matter who is sent when we finalize those plans we will get A+ service with you. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today I had Ampere to my house to swap out the original and dangerously wired control panel with a new panel and a full rewire. Our technician was Angel. When he arrived with NV Energy he went straight to work. Kept me informed of all that he was doing throughout the job. We did this because we could see the wiring in the previous panel that was 32 years old was dangerous and had arcing from before we bought the house. NO ELECTRICAL HOUSE FIRES for us if we can avoid it. Upon completion and inspection the jobsite was left just as clean as when Angel started. He was polite and professional. Our technician Sam D. was very friendly, knowledgeable and confident in his abilities. We felt very comfortable working with him and workers along side if him. He was very patient and explained everything for us ensuring that we understood all of the work being done. He even stayed longer to help us complete extra paperwork. We had alot of work done to ensure peace of mind in our older 1999 model home. A 200 amp panel replacement with all new breakers, new ground rods properly replaced and proper labeling of the circuit. A panel rejuvenation for our subpanel, as well as a whole home surge protector, and 2 appliance surge protectors for the 2 AC units. Added a separate 20amp breaker for our garage refrigerator as well as a new duplex outlet. All 4 GFCI outlets throughout the house were replaced. Thanks for getting our older home up to code! We also had all of our outdoor landscape lighting replaced, along with an additional transformer for front yard lights... we have a BIG yard to light up! What a very pleasant experience with Sam D. and workers who assisted him in from Ampere Electric in our project! Even the drywall work was done by Jose was done with such pride and professionalism. Angel Bravo from Ampere Electric in Las Vegas, was one of the best vendors I have ever dealt with. Suffering from a painful injury, which only allows me to be up for a few moments at a time, Angel was empathetic, and quickly gave me his plan. He was here to set up a new electrical panel for our solar power. He called me on the my cell if he needed me for anything, and was patient about his ability to work around other contractors working on our home. He kept me up to date throughout the day, making sure I was informed. Angel is the kind of vendor every home owner wants to work with, and his representation of Ampere Electric, only solidifies, I will be using them in the future for any electrical work in our home. Our electrician was Carlos. He was very professional, super friendly, and really quick. He installed a 240V 50A outlet in our garage in about 2 hours and that included a trip to get some additional materials. The cost was right around the national average for this type of install with permits. The people in office were friendly as well. Review of Ampere Electric By Jim Tseng I had a furnace with bad electrical wire so it stopped working in the middle of cold winter. Angel and Anthony from Ampere came out and diagnosed the problem and replaced the wire. They even upgraded the electrical panel to get the breaker up to code with surge protection. Ampere was a pleasure to deal with. The person answering the phone was kind and helpful. But the real star of the show was the electrician who came to my house to do the service, Carlos. He came on time, organized, and prepared for inspecting my house and troubleshooting my questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained my options after his initial inspection. He helped me understand my options and allowed me to prioritize and execute as my budget allowed. I felt informed and empowered as a consumer/homeowner - all thanks to Carlos' professional work and explanation. In a relatively short time, Carlos found, remedied, and cleaned up the issue and gave me a walkthrough of what he accomplished and what I ought to know as the homeowner. I noticed that Ampere sent Carlos out to site with a truck and equipment that were all in good, clean condition. A small detail that makes a world of difference. Martin with Ampere was very professional in his approach and put us at ease when explaining the best way to complete our project. He also made it very clear that no project was to big or small for his company. As a follow-up Sam came to our house to complete the work we requested. He added recessed lighting, moved an outlet and added an outlet. Sam walked us through the entire process pointing out the best way to give us exactly what we were looking for. Once he completed the work he left the area clean and hauled away all trash associated with the job.

Called Ampere to replace a chandelier! They were incredibly quick to schedule. Angel was my electrician. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to hang the chandelier very quickly. It was a special order fragile piece so I really appreciated the extra care he took with everything. I would 100% recommend them!
